A friendly welcome is assured to all visitors of the Orchid Beach township – the gateway to the northern region of Fraser Island.

Orchid Beach is the northern most township on Fraser Island and the community and visitors take great pride in the presentation of the township and surrounds.

The Orchid Beach Progress Association is a not-for-profit community organisation that provides, maintains and improves facilities and amenities in the Orchid Beach community.
The Association interacts with local and state governments, including the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service, to ensure provision of essential services to the Orchid Beach Area.

OBPA actively raises money for donations primarily to The RACQ Rescue Helicopter Service and other organisations as sought fit.
